Thanks GTforce great metod for squat. If I had a rack I would probably do back squat with your technique.
Today Workout :
Deadlift : 9x1x145kg, 1x149kg
A good workout I tried conventional style. I still don't know which style is the most suited to me. Sumo seems safer.
I didn't do Curl today because I'll change my split and do the Front Squat with the Deadlift and Curls with Bench press. The Front Squat doesn't hurt my lower back but I have to clean the barbell and the clean (with my bad technique) is hard on my lower back. |
