i dont have the time for 6 small meals a day coz of my job, i work long hours and usually only get half hour break, its a demanding job too so sometimes im to tired to train due to job and poor diet, im lucky to get more than 5 hours sleep a day even tho im tired. i dont drink coffee or alcohol an neither do i smoke. im 6ft 1 and weigh just 12 stone, ive put on 1 stone in 3 years of training and cant increse my weights anymore, i dont want to take steroids(cant afford to for a start!), i am feeling down coz im getting no where at all, ive tried garrys begginer routine and found i lost strength and size! i know my diet is a big factor in this but i dont have the time to eat what id like to. ive tried many diff training routines and not one has worked for me. |
