Default weighted sit ups?

have you tried holding a 20 kg plate in front of your head, whilst laid on floor in sit up position, then just lift your shoulders off floor squeezing your abs very tight then hold for 4 seconds before slowly lowering down and repeating. if done properly youll struggle to do 10 reps.
