Hey guys, Iv not posted in a wee while , but im still here and doing well .
So far my weight is half a stone down down and size is slightly up so im happy. I started my cardio last week,and as Razg advised i tried HIIT . I must admit im not as fit as i thought and failed so i am currently doing the following ...
Mon - weights then cardio
tues - cardio
wed - weights cardio
thurs- cardio
fri - weights cardio
my cardio consists of 5min warmup on the bike -5 min more, rowing machine for 10 mins , cross trainer 10 mins and hand bike for 10 mins .
already i can feel the cardio gettin a little easier and after a month or so ill proggress on to HIIT again and hopefully will be able to do it
P.s For my cardio my heart rate is at 140. And im also going to get up an hour early for work (5am) and go for a run each morning starting Monday.
