if you are looking to drop some fat the I think that Nicks shake would be a little heavy tbh.
get a simple diet structure to begin with. you should be looking at 5-6 small meals a day, it may seem like a lot when youre trying to loose weight but they should be clean and will help keep your metabolism up.
a mrp or the like at breakfast sounds good in your case but I would go for maybe Reflex progen or myoplex carb sense, something along those lines and mix it with water (it will still taste good).
if youre eating on the move then tesco do some great cooked chicken and cut out the sugary carbs.
you could also look to supplement with a fat loss aid. some of these are crap but some are good, Ive found CNPs pro-cla to be good, stay away from the 'loose weight overnight' type of claims! ______________________ http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/sigpics/bsig.gif |
