This is quite common mate dont beat yourself up about it, but as steve said your diet will have too get sorted if you wanna make progress.
In my opinion eating correctly is as important if not more so then training which you seem to understand so thats a start in itself.
Small but freqent meals is the way and add 3 mrp shakes to your diet 1 shake on waking, 1 shake straight after training and 1 before bed take the first 2 shakes in water and this will not fill you up at all allowing you to eat another 3-4 proper meals like brown rice steak etc in the day.I dont know your weight, height etc but if you wanna bulk i guess your slim so a diet of 3-4 meals and 3 shakes will help you add weight to start of.
Your get used to upping your food and eating when your not hungary.Most of the time i dont care what the food tastes like i just chew and swallow and the swalling part is sometimes helped with a glass of water.
