thanks for all helpfull info guys, i have started making smoothies for when i cant eat, put in- milk, whey, ice cream, bannana, penut butter, an berries. im only very hungry after traing and manage to eat decent sized meal, either spag bol, pasta+tuna+veg or rice+veg+chicken.
