Protein intake intervals Sorry if this is covered in other posts - but what is the minimum period between taking protein meals/shakes that allows for useful digestion. I've really ****ed that question up haven't I?
In other words, when I have a post workout shake, how soon after that can I have a full meal so that protein digestion is efficient? Does that make sense yet?
