hi adam

your hyperactivity will work with you in your diet, as you are motivated and want to do something all the time, not like other people who are content with sitting in front of the tv 24/7. I've got a mate whos hyperactive, and although he doesn't do any weights, hes got massive legs, and weighs 14 stone, simply because hes so active on his legs, plays football squash and noticeably just runs around loads and stuff, always fidgetting etc !

i'm not entirely sure of your aims in terms of weight training, because from what i gather you are doing shoulders and tris for 4 days, then chest and bis for 4 days then back for 4 etc?

why not split it so shoulders and tris 1 day, chest and bis 1 day, back 1 day, legs 1 day, 1 rest day, then repeat?

Dietwise maybe cut this meal in half :

2 large turkey or chicken breasts, 3 wholemeal pitta breads, 300g of mushrooms in olive oil.

and eat 2 hours apart. just to split up the protien intake and get yourself eating 5 meals a day instead of 4 (more the better...)

also, maybe 1 scoop of whey at breakfast? or some other protein source (scoop of whey the most convenient, although perhaps not totally ideal), as the body hasn't had a significant amount of protein for maybe 14 hours from your last meal -> the wafer thin turkey ham in meal 2, (although obviously there will be some in the milk at breakfast etc).

Well done on your weight loss and keep it up.

Nick
