Hi,
I used to have a similar problem where I could only eat small amounts and found it tremendously difficult to eat 6 meals a day. Get a good MRP as they definitely helped me get the calorie content up and didn't leave me too full. If you find a good one that you don't have to mix with milk you'll probably find it will digest faster and then hopefully you'll feel hungry again in a couple of hours!
I'm currently using the Holland & Barrett Protoplex Deluxe which is working quite well for me at the mo. It has a good protein/carb/fat ratio and tastes good.
The other thing that helped me (and I do not condone this in any way as its an extreme step to take) was using D/bol. When I started taking that in as part of my Test-D/bol stack I became incredibly hungry and would eat like a horse! I honestly just couldn't stop eating and would sometimes take more than 6 meals a day. It was truly bizarre! When I finished taking that Test-D/bol stack I did notice my appetite decrease but my stomach was so used to eating more food, that I find it easy to eat 6 meals a day.
I would not however recommend that you go quite this far as that! As said in the previous posts, you have to accustom your body to eating more and regularly. It doesn't happen over night. Establish a routine and try and stick to it. You body will then become accustomed to expecting food at certain times which also helps. |
