take it every day regardless of whether u train, and what training it is.
25 minutes might be a little short to take inbetween, but shouldnt cause any real problems. try leaving an hour in between.
its not pointless as if you stop-start taking it, your body will never maximise absorbtion of the substance, so be consistent and take it every day, regardless of training status.
