Hey again
Ive been taking creatine ethyl ester for about two weeks now, everything seems fine but i just have two questions concerning it.
Ive been taking 3g post and pre workout, but what is a good time for how long i should take CEE before and after i workout. Its normally around 25minutes for myself- Is that ok?, or should i take the supplement directly before and after i hit the weights??
Also on my cardio workout days i do excercises involving sparring, press ups, crunches and bag work- could i take CEE for these workout days or would it simply be pointless as im not doing no serious weight lifting?
