My Split:
Day 1: Chest / Hamstrings / Abs
Day 2: Quads / Triceps
Day 3: Back / Biceps
Day 4: Shoulders / Calves / Traps
I do all of these on Monday to Friday as I work weekends. I have one off day in the week, but this varies.
