 Dosage
I bought a botle of amino 1000 by pro performance last evening and the lady at the store said I should take one capsule three times a day. However she said I should consult a trainer before uping the dosage what do you all have to say. If it is any help I'm about 6 feet tall and weigh about 200 to 220 lbs. |
