Weight 10.5 - 11 (actually changes quite often, i went from 10.5 to nearly 11 stone in just 1 day. :?
Dumbell range 12 - 22 kg
Bench upto 60 kg or so
Targets add on good mass, lean figure with good definition not just bulk!
Training
6 days a week sunday off
Basically on a board like this I would like to see how others do things, like set amount, weight increments etc. That helps them get the best physique they can. Also on suplements whats hot and whats not! And making sure to stay away from steroids (prefers natural bodybuilding).
