Whats everyones generally training split? Hi
what sort of split are you doing at the moment? i'm evaluating mine at the mo, given that i'm going to be doing slightly different training for my cut which starts in 3 days.
mine atm is:
day 1 : chest and triceps
day 2: back (and abs if i can be bothered)
day 3: shoulders and biceps
day 4: legs (and abs if i can be bothered)
day 5: day off
REPEAT.
i'm going to be training 45 minutes cardio in the mornings now in the 150bpm range at 8am, then weight training at 6pm.
I was considering adding an extra day to the routine so something like:
day 1: chest and abs
day 2: upper back and biceps
day 3: quads, hams, triceps
day 4: shoulders and abs
day 5: lower back and calves
day 6: off
REPEAT.
