Hi I got linked to this forum by Nick500 a poster here, we have trained together for a while but have different goals.
I am joining to get some information and questions answered that i will post to other threads,
i have never used any steroids or any kind of supplement except eating well, although even not that is true at the moment
I train not for bulk just to be strong and fit for boxing , but also to try to look good
i weigh about 12 stone , 20 years old

Main lifts -
bench press 122.5 1 rep max or 8x 100 for 6 sets
shoulders - 8 reps of 37.5 dumb bells each
