I don't know the terms and conditions you agreed to, but even if you cancel your bank card you still have a legal obligation to fulfil your contract. When the payment bounces they'll either let it go or contact you for updated info and possibly get a collection agency involved.

Read the small print, there may be a way out. My guess is that you'll have to pay.
