Some people say that you should stay off for as long as you have been on i.e on 10weeks off 10weeks
BUT
saying that alot of people stay off for shorter times just to do pct then go straight back on
BUT
saying that i know people who hardly ever come off completely i.e when there off they are using something to bridge between stacks
IMO the first one is your best chose, give the body a good rest, restore natural test levels etc
