Quality post. I've applied a lot of this kind of theory to my cutting, in terms of things like restricting the kinds of carbs or fats I eat rather than restricting myself from eating them. I also agree that when you eat what counts for a lot.
However i'm not convinced about some of his statements (especially towards veggies, of which I am one) - i'd like to see more evidence than 1 study cited for some of this. |
