I've never seen the attraction of sust myself, I'd recommend good old fashioned enanthate or cypionate at 500mg for 10 weeks. The classic first cycle is something like this:-

Week 1-4 Dbol 35mg ED
Week 1-10 Test E/Test Cyp

PCT (2 weeks after last injection) - Nolva for four weeks at 50/40/30/20mg

For your second cycle add Deca to the mix, but as this is a fIrst cycle keep it simplE and see how you react to test.
