Souljah if i was you i would do
Day1 - Chest/Bi's
Day2 - Quads/Hams/Calfs
Day3 - Back/Tri's
Day4 - Shoulders/Forearms
You say you have a fast metabolism so there is no need for cardio, especially if your looking to bulk.
90mins workout imo is to long also, try keep it down to 45-50mins. Your weights will go up just give it time, don't worry about what weight your pressing just keep the excercise strict with good form.
Get plenty of sleep and EAT EAT and EAT more
