New to forum - Need 'opinion'on workout Hello everyone,
I am one of those people with an extremely high metabolism rate.
I am about 5"7 and weigh only 55KG.
I have been weight training on/off for about a year, but only for the past month i made a membership with a gym and am currently working out 4 days per week.
MY WORKOUT:
DAY 1: Chest & Lats
Day 2: Shoulders and Biceps
Day 3: Triceps and Back
Day 4: Legs
(sometimes add another day FITNESS cardio)
I workout an average of 90mins each day.
I have been told if i want to gain weight and bulk up i should concentrate on higher weights consisting off between 6-8 reps. I have been trying this and it works well for me, what do you think?
Also, I am currently stuck on 60KG benchpress, what would you advise me to do?
I am extremely cutt up at the moment so want to just concentrate on BULKING UP. |
