LOL This old chestnut will cause a few different opinions but imho no hcg is needed at 500mg test BUT if you feel it is necessary for you then it is advised to run it on your last 2 weeks of cycle at 500ius everyday for 2weeks.
You do not need to run it at wk6 on a cycle this short - the 6wk thing is what guys do on longer cycles.
