i think lifting early in the day is the reason why you were stronger.
ive trained in the day for the last 2 or more years
but
i,ve recently starting training back with my old gym partner at about 5pm / 3 day split/and have lost loads off lifts already.
are you going to cut after the drol, or carry on bulking? you,ll be benching 160kg+ if you keep bulking. |
