Will do anything? Start easy, make adustments to your food intake and train sensibly. Check out garrys beginner/intermediate routine in the beginner section as this is the best place to get the training part right from the start.
All you will need for a start is good/adequate nutrition and smart training and you will see strength and size gains soon, but remember it all takes time.
