Starting legs again! Finally had my op on a torn medial ligament and after much rest im guna start training my legs as i have neva had a chance over the last two years thanks to the speed of the NHS.
Anyway can anyone suggest a real good leg routine thats gunna help out. They havnt been trained in 2 years and need to be destroyed but is there a specific good routine to do this?
