i find it gets easier with age, i can controll it pretty well now although i can be a little moody sometimes cant i kev, lol.
i did some reprehensible things to guys in my twenties especially when i was driving. roid and road rage are a deadly combinnation.
i found 2 things helped.
1, remembering how guilty and stupid i felt after i'd calm down (about 2 days later)
2, i always remember now that its not what someone has done that is makeing me so angry but the steroids.
