Yeah the guys are right running deca for 4 weeks at the end is pointless.
You need to run it right from the word go becaue it has a very long half life.
8 weeks on deca is ok but tbh a longer cycle may benefit you more like 10-12wks.
If you havent bought your sus yet i would advise you to use a single ester test such as test enth - the plus factors are -
1 - its a pain free shot
2 - its a single ester and will keep blood concentration levels more stable (sus needs to be injected ed or eod for stable levels)
Something like this may work well for you -
wk1-10 400 mg deca
wk1-11 250mg test enth (even 500mg is common)
wk1-6 30mg dbol (this will help kick start cycle)
No matter if you choose sus or test enth just remeber to eat big and often to reap the anabolic rewards
