Default Pre-exhaustin

What u guys think of pre-exhaustin a bodypart before goin into your main exercise ? Eg. Lateral raises before shoulder pressin, Flys before benchin, Leg extensions before squats etc etc. Always started my routines with warm up then straight into main buildin exercise, but im told that providin form is good n u use a workable weight this method can be just as good if not better. What u think ???
