first if your only going to have 1 jab of testosterone a week you would be better using enanthate or cypionate than sustanon. because sustanon contains propionate which is fast acting, in an out your system in 3 days, it needs to be injected every 3 days minimum to get the best out of it. it will still work just not quite as well.
what strength is the deca ?
instead of building up an down on the dianabol just run it at the same strength each day over the course, if you want to play safe dont use it for more than 6 weeks as it is toxic to the liver.
start the nolvadex 2 weeks after your last injection. |
