The best multi vitamins out there hav got to be the ones made by Solgar. they are not like the ones u would get from a normal store and chew like sweets. these solgar multi vitamins are really disgusting in taste but u can tell that its quality stuff. its not that cheap but its not that dear. i think i saw in a magzine that jay cutler uses them. i personally used them beacuse i know some doctors who said that alot of the multi vitamins out ther are jus rubbish but the Solgar ones one of my friends told me are one of the best out on the market. i also use their flaxseed oil tablets. |
