i think you really need both, calories from good quality food.
i remember when i used to do a physical job,i found it very hard to get over 13.5 stone.
now i dont have a physical job, i can fluctuate my weight up and down.
i would say you must burn off at least a extra 1000-2000 calories a day as opposed to someone that dont work hard. this is just my guess.
would be good if someone has some good proven facts,etc |
