calories for lifestyles My diet is clean with plenty of good carbs, fats & protiens but my calorie intake isn't tremendously high.
I'm currently making good progress (weights and reps are all up) and gains (size is up and 9 lbs gained) at the moment albeit on 50 mg / day of Dbol but I spend all day doing bugger all (Don't work).
What difference in calorie intake would someone doing a 9-5 office job need, someone not working at all and someone doing a physical / exhausting job :?:
What is more important, calories or quality of food or both?
