The injury to you discs in your back is a result of coming to far down on leg presses, a common injury from leg presses. I was told by a expert that anywhere past thighs parallel to you torso will round your back and spine, thus putting it under stress. This coupled with increased poundage will cause the injury you had. I never go past parallel anymore and have had no problems with my back, I used to get a slight twinge when do presses. I save deeper movement on my legs for squats. Also because you wont be going as deep you will be able to use slightly more weight. Following this practise my squats improved significantly fast.
Ferralsteve, You will be able to tell the difference betwwen gyno and fat very easily. Gyno will cause itchyness around the nipples at first so this is the first signs to start novladex, if untreated it will begin to feel sore and puffy. I always, when using Hcg, take 20mg of novladex a day whether I get symptoms or not. ______________________
