Thanks a lot for the heads up. I like what you said, man, especially the thing about genetic potential. I've been hoping that I have my best years ahead of me, especially in my mid to late twenties. I just saw my friend on it the other day (he had been on it a week) and he was really tanked. The same can be said about another guy I know, so I was just curious.
I tried creatine before and wasn't too impressed. It really got me bloated, as my mid-section carried a lot more water, making me look fatter. However, I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, but after my two months creatine cycle, I came off of it and really tanked out. I remember gaining a lot on my bench press and my upper body was significantly bigger.
I've heard a lot about glutamine, but what is it exactly, and what does it do?
