the weight you gained was mostly water. you're going to lose most of this as you lower the dose of the drugs that made you retain that much water. as you bodyweight declines, so will your strength to some degree. a cold will also contribute to both the weight and strength loss. above all, be realistic. you can't expect to noticeably grow every week and you'll never again in your life put on weight as quickly again. bodybuilding is a long term affair. |
