10x10 Squats Just trained legs and F**k me that hurt!
I dropped the weight down to 100kg as i wasnt too sure how i would get on, i done what i call proper squats (ass to the grass) and im at home now struggling to move (maybe not a good idea after all!!)
Anyone tried this before?
Im just not looking forward to the next couple of days as i can imagine my legs will be a little sore!! |
