Seated presses are the best movement. If your lower back is giving you gip you're probably using too much weight and slipping on form. My shoulder routine is as follows:
Monday 3x4-6 reps of seated BB shoulder press
Thursday 3x10-12 reps of seated arnold presses
You could also ass 2 sets of side laterals on mon and 2 sets of rear laterals on thursday if you wanted. They arent needed at al though. |
