i gotta agree with stu on the upright rows, terrible exercise they put to much strain on the joints if you insist on doing them never use a straight bar, as i've said before shoulder presses are the way to go.
i also suffer with shoulder pains when benching but shoulder exercises are no problem my pain is caused by the tendon at the top of the bicep and it would be really painfull through the night as when you sleep you dontmove so the tendon would "freeze" in position. go see your doc he gave me an injection into each shoulder it hurts mind as he has to touch the tendon with theend of the needle to know he's in the right spot (i nearly knocked the nurse out when he hit mine OOOUCH) BUT I'VE BEEN MUCH BETTER SINCE. |
