i had a simular problem and still suffer when i do flat bench press's with a bar, i damaged my shoulder playing rugby and have the same problems as your mate. To get around this i use dumbells for all chest exercises and just do incline press and flys etc and try not to do anything flat or with a bar yet i can do all my shoulder exercises without any problems.
Rest did not work so i just found exercise's that did not affect me and stuck to them and it does almost clear up. ______________________ www.eph25plus.co.uk |
