I come in as a light heavy on that first chart and in all the lifts I actually do I come in at excellent apart from wall curl where I come in as fair and reverse curl which I hit the good range on.
But thats about right my biceps have always been weaker than the rest of my body parts.
As for the second one on bench and squat I come in as a college star I have a ways to go to hit the national level! |
