i dont even think its safe to discuss something in this much detail on an open forum! it would be more safe to speak about it theoretically and then if you find someone that can do the job use email like hushmail or something to talk about specifics. i dont know what rammifications this could bring on anyone not trying to stop it. i know in the u.s. if you know someone is doing something illegal and you dont try to stop them then youre an accessory...then again a lot of this site is made up of guys that juice so, what the hell. sam, if that doesnt work for you then pm me, i might be able to steer you towards someone who could help.
