everyone i know has mentioned the extra weight and i think it has contributed to the problem im having with my calf muscle.
also i used to be a fast sprinter now if i try and run it takes a lot of effort and nothing seems to happen,
infact if i do anything that involves moving then i get out of breath but i'll start a little cardio at the end of me cycle
just gotta keep eating and i think it'll be all good
BTW i'm 15 and a quater stone now
