I get a little puffy in the nips on most compounds its nothing to worry about. If your getting paranoid then by all means hit the nolva but i don't think you need it.
You should only really start to worry when the nipples start becoming very itchy or a small lump starts to form.
20mg a day is a good dose to prevent gyno occuring. |
