down but not out im gonna be out of training for a while well my lower body is anyway,(about six weeks)due to a op ive had on my knee (nothing major just need to rest it for a while)can someone tell me how much strength im likely to lose in that time also will it take long to regain lost strength.
should i continue with body building type diet or should i eat less as im not gonna be training as much(dont want to get fat or fatter i should say lol)should i continue to exersise good leg, some good one leg exersises would be helpfull lads, any sugestions.
