ok, its an old topic but noone is posting so ill revive it for newbies and updates garry and steve. i dont do one armed tricep movements over my head but i do two handed dumbell extensions overhead with which i start out at 50 lbs and go up 3 more sets to end with 8 reps at 80 lbs. i dont know how big that is. on the machine doing extensions down with a straight bar i can do the stack which says its 150x12 reps at the third set. i think those things are lighter than they say though. ______________________
