It may have basis of truth as far as night time protein drinks go as I've just checked up on one of the more expensive ones as well as the one recommended by Flex and theres no casein in it.

I agree with DTA though only way to be sure is to try it and see what results you get....
It also claims to raise test levels 33% but seeing as this is because it contains Zinc, Magnesium and Vit B6 in it, it probably just helps keep test levels high. |
