I do know a bloke who has seen Ronnie train a few times (hes from Houston) and he says that it may not be 8% but hes never seen Ronnie over 11% BF in his opinion, He told me he saw him at an airport once and said hello and got his autograph and he reckons you could see veins popping through his sweatshirt.
