i dont do much cardio really, i used to and i was losing a couple pounds a week. i stopped as i wanted to start bulking and im probably going to throw cardio back in at the end of the cycle, last 3 or 4 weeks probably. i know the tren is going to burn some fat too. i have a few new pics that arent shaky and a little lighter that ill post in a few minutes. ______________________
